Guess it’s not the proper answer, but brings to my memory one of my favorite rock hits by superband Blind Faith “Well… All Right”, from their only album from 1969. It topped the album charts in the UK, Canada, and US.

“Blind Faith” was formed by Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, Steve Winwood, and Rick Grech.

By the way, this great song is by Buddy Holly and was originally released as the B-side of the single “Heartbeat”, one of his minor costume hits. Looks that at that time “Well… All Right” was not even noted.

Buddy Holly’s original of Well… All Rights is really a “way before its time” song, actually has more a late ’60s hippie sound and lyrics than that of the 50s rock’n’roll/doo-wop music. Well, maybe I’m mediatized by Blind Faith.

WELL… ALL RIGHT LYRICS

Well, alright, so I’ve been foolish
Well, alright, let people know
‘Bout the dreams and wishes that you dream
In the night when lights are low

Well, alright, well, alright
You know we’ll live and love with all our might
Well, alright, well, alright
You know our lifetime love will be alright

Ooohooohooo
Ooohooohooo
Ooohooohooo

Well, alright, so I’m not working
Well, alright, let people say
That those foolish kids can’t be ready
For the love that comes their way

Well, alright, well, alright
You know we’ll live and love with all our might
Well, alright, well, alright
You know our lifetime love will be alright

What song contains the lyrics “It’s alright, it’s alright”?

What song contains the lyrics “It’s alright, it’s alright”?
American Tune by Simon and Garfunkel

Many’s the time I’ve been mistaken
And many times confused
Yes, and often felt forsaken
And certainly misused
But I’m all right, I’m all right
I’m just weary to my bones
Still, you don’t expect to be
Bright and bon vivant
So far away from home, so far away from home

And I don’t know a soul who’s not been battered
I don’t have a friend who feels at ease
I don’t know a dream that’s not been shattered
or driven to its knees
But it’s all right, it’s all right
We’ve lived so well so long
Still, when I think of the road
we’re traveling on
I wonder what went wrong
I can’t help it, I wonder what went wrong

And I dreamed I was dying
And I dreamed that my soul rose unexpectedly
And looking back down at me
Smiled reassuringly
And I dreamed I was flying
And high up above my eyes could clearly see
The Statue of Liberty
Sailing away to sea
And I dreamed I was flying

We come on the ship they call the Mayflower
We come on the ship that sailed the moon
We come in the age’s most uncertain hour
and sing an American tune
But it’s all right, it’s all right
You can’t be forever blessed
Still, tomorrow’s going to be another working day
And I’m trying to get some rest
That’s all I’m trying to get some rest
