bingo song lyrics

Bingo is a classic, popular kid’s nursery rhyme about a farmer who has a lot of beans. The farmer tries to sort them into two piles – white beans and black beans. However, the beans keep spilling over the sides of the pot, and the farmer can’t figure out how to get them sorted. Eventually, he gives up and just throws the beans into a pot together. This is a classic tale of trying to figure out what is really important in life.

He call’d it rare good stingo,

The story goes like this: Bingo was walking through the fields one day when he found a bag of beans. He started counting them and found that there were too many beans to fit in his bag. So, he asked an animal if it could help him carry the beans home. The animal said no and laughed. Bingo replied, “I’ll show you!” and took off running.
