“The Animal Fair” is a traditional American folk song and nursery rhyme first time published in 1898. It’s also known as “The Green Green Grass of Home”, “Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush”, or simply “Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush”. The song has been adapted into many forms, most notably by Thomas Edison, who popularized it in his recording of 1911. The melody, however, has remained unchanged since its origin.
